Broad services for electric vehicles and powertrains
DARE!! Consultancy is the BeNeLux automotive EMC laboratory. Next to the accreditation by the RVA (L279) and, as sole laboratory by the “big three” automotive manufacturers in the US (AEMCLRP: Automotive EMC Laboratory Recognition Program) DARE!! Consultancy is Technical Service with respect to the automotive directive for ESU’s as well as complete vehicles. As such DARE!! Consultancy takes care of the EMC measurements as well as the e/E marking application.
Electric powered vehicles
Besides EMC measurements, tests, research, training and consultancy for conventional vehicles for over 10 years DARE!! Consultancy is involved in the development of electric powered vehicles. These activities involved electric vehicles for Think and chargers for electric powered vehicles.
DARE! Consultancy has extensive experience in all types of electric powered vehicles, from electric bicycles, wheelchairs, forklifts, to electric cars.
Product safety
Apart from the EMC measurements, DARE! Consultancy is specialized in product safety for vehicles, electric powertrains and charging systems, including electrical, mechanical and thermal safety.
DARE!! Consultancy is accredited for many tests as prescribed in the safety standards.
Facilities
The modern facilities of DARE!! include four anechoic chambers, two shielded rooms and a Open Area Test Site. We are able to generate field strengths till 600 V/m to a frequency of 40 GHz. On our 4 meter turntable we can perform rotational measurements to 12,5 tons. In addition DARE!! Consultancy has two product safety laboratories equipped with a climate chamber, setups for fire safety, IP testing, load tests and other necessary test stands.
